"My AC unit wasn’t working the first night and when I realized that it kept getting hotter, I called the front desk to inform them. They sent up maintenance immediately and had it fixed. The front desk staff were all nice and sociable. Great customer service. Breakfast, there were some options but bland. Overall, I would stay at this property each time I visit Galveston. "

"Only thing I didn’t like was the 15 dollar a day parking fee. ☹️. "

"We stayed here the night before getting on our cruise ship. The hotel is beautiful and they were accommodating when we arrived before check in and held our bags until our rooms were ready while we walked around the city. "

"Nice spacious room, w/ Balcony, It was a fully stocked 1 Bedroom 1 bath apartment, fully stocked with everything needed in all rooms and drawers full of utensils, fridge, washer & dryer, all soaps and shampoo's in shower, bath towels and beach/pool towels, dishwasher, tub w/ spa, all soaps in bath sink......etc........only thing that was bad and I heard other complaining, is the pull out couch bed is like sleeping on bare railroad tracks. "

"Right on the beach. Beach was quiet. Pools ok , one more kid friendly across street. Full kitchen great but no close by grocery stores. Room and beds were great. "

"I absolutely loved this little mansion hotel !!! The staff was amazing. I didn’t realize it when I booked but it included happy hour and breakfast. The breakfast is made to order and yummy !! And all the staff have the history of the mansion. They also have a golf cart shaped like and old car. It was an easy walk to the strand. Wonderful place to stay !!"

"The house is a welcoming and quiet venue for quiet rest and overnight stays. Room 4 was small and cramped, but the queen sized bed was wedged into the room but was very comfortable. There was no room to walk around it. There was an in room bathroom that was clean and cramped, but it was convenient. We were able to walk to close by restaurants for dinner and breakfast. We then walked to the pier for embarkation for a cruise."
