The washbasin area looks modern and is well equipped with amenities, including a face steamer. Separate toilet is large. Bathtub is deep for a good soak with a nice view of the outside. "Stayed at Aratashi Minakami for 5 nights and it was incredible. The rooms are large and comfy. Spacious enough for 3 double beds and luggage! Our package came with breakfast and dinner and every meal was gourmet level. The private hot tub on the room balcony is a special touch and great for enjoying the sounds and view of the river below while soaking aching muscles after a day of snowboarding. Well down Aratashi Minakami team! I’ll be back again! "

"The service staff was good, except on the day of checkout when they were very insistent that we checked out before the 10 am checkout time, even though I kept explaining that I had my children and wife still in the room while I returned my rental car.
