"This hotel is located right next to Interlaken west train station so it's very easy to take trains or buses to sites. We booked the mountain view Superior room which actually looks over the train tracks but the room windows are pretty well insulated so the train wasn't very loud but you could hear it a little. "Can't say enough good things about our stay. We enjoyed it so much we extended an extra 2 days (stayed 5). The breakfast buffet is the best we've had in 2 months. The staff are friendly and will do whatever they can to make your stay enjoyable. Kandersteg is a lovely village that's not overrun with tourists. There's great hiking in the area and it's convenient to the other, more well known areas."
