"Upon checkout on Monday I informed the front desk person that we had checked in on Friday and did not receive house keeping serve. He kindly asked if there was anything he could do for me and I said no, he assured me he would review the proper procedures with the staff which was all I wanted. "

"The check in was easy, the room was big and spacious. While in the shower noticed no shampoo was completely empty and out of conditioner empty.. nor the body soap was empty.. The rooms do not have black out curtains so as soon as it gets daylight outside it's light in the room in the morning. The rooms are little out dated. But overall it's a great place to stay and very safe area.. lots of restaurants around and shopping in walking distance. Great breakfast as well."

"We enjoyed our 1-night stay at The Plantation Resort. Staff was very nice and helpful. The pool was relaxing and the bar Manager, Shelly, poured delicious margaritas! Shelly was super sweet. We loved swimming with the manatees in Crystal River and we hope the staff is safe from the recent hurricane. This is an older property, but our room and bathroom was clean, had a mini-fridge, and we ate a delicious breakfast the next day on property. "

"This was a beautiful property♥️ well put together clean and home!! The owner Noel was amazing friendly kind helpful and gave us so many tips and tricks on what to do where to go etc♥️ I would recommend this home so cute and beautifully decorated 💯"

"We didn’t get the house we originally paid for, the house stunk , had a spiral staircase, one of the doors didn’t lock, the bedrooms only had a lamp, also the electrical outlets were a little scary. The downstairs bathroom did not have a doorknob.We stayed here only because this was the second time of a rental company switching houses on us in this area. Not a pleasant experience during Christmas break."
