"The Port hotel is right on the water so the view from the room - which is a bit outdated - but clean - is really nice. I heard that all their rooms face the water! Oddly our room had no drawers. There was a rolling metal basket type thing in a cabinet, but no dresser, or even shelves in the closet. There is a restaurant & bar on site, we didn't eat/drink there, but they looked nice - the bar area has amazing views. There is also a marina that has a super cute shop with everything you could want...

"This is my first time at this motel, I was running from Hurricane Milton. Pros: friendly staff, quiet place, big fridge, even with a freezer, where you can put a lot of food and water. Absolutely no insects, which I encountered in more expensive hotels, you can sleep without fear. Cons: the room is old, you can see scuffs on the windows and walls. But, the next time I run from a hurricane, I will come back with a supply of food, because now I know that there is a big fridge."

"The property was great. Clean and spacious, but the area around it seems to be improving, but right now it felt a bit sketch. It is VERY convenient to the interstate, but I had to travel to the next exit to find a grocery store. Staff was responsive.
