"The only mishap was the electronic entry did not work upon arrival but we were not delayed in gaining access. Host was accessible as needed. In addition, the fulltime tenant in adjoining rental keeps a close eye on things and is very friendly. Nothing to worry about inside as it has everything you need. We were not able to stay our full time and host was kind enough to credit for future. Bottom line is nothing to worry about here as it is as advertised. No surprises. Will return. "

"Vrbo lists this as a one bedroom one bath. In reality it’s a studio in a small house that’s been poorly converted to a duplex. The walls are thin. You’ll hear almost everything the other tenants are doing. They also share one alarm system so every time the other tenant opens their doors you hear the system chime. "Conveniently located in the Historic District - a short drive or walk to many outstanding shops and restaurants. Host lives next door and was very neighborly and knowledgeable. Enjoyed a bottle of wine with host on comfortable deck overlooking fenced yard. Unit is dog-friendly and is one of the cleanest we have encountered. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would stay again. Our standard poodle Blaze also approves this property."

It is VERY convenient to the interstate, but I had to travel to the next exit to find a grocery store. Staff was responsive.
