"We loved this hotel for the location, the comfort, small but significant features like coffee maker and small fridge in the room, and very nice touch of offering water and sparkling water dispenser and a nice glass reusable water bottle in the room. Upon our arrival, we asked for a quiet room. They upgraded us to a room facing the gardens and we did not any street noise."

"Upscale modern hotel steps from Prado and Thyssen-Borneo’s museums. Staff are professional and friendly. They let us check in early at no charge. Plenty of cute restaurants on back streets up the hill behind the hotel. "

"Perfect location in Barrio de las Letras. Close to the main train station and metro. Reception managers were kind, helpful and professional. Room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast had a great selection and very kind attendants. "

"I loved this place! I’ve never stayed at a hostal before but it was really great and exceeded my expectations for someone who was on a budget. It was very clean and comfortable. The house keeping was great, they replaced towels and toiletries regularly. It was the perfect place that was walkable to all places we wanted to go to. Would definitely stay here again!"

"This is a very nice hotel lovate in the center of Madrid with wverything ypu need really closed by. The staff was really nice, the rooms were clean and spacious. We didnt use the breakfast buffet, we believed it was pricey, 15 Euros per person, when tou can get a sustainable breakfast for 20 euros for four poeple at any place nearby. Really good experience ."

"Service to the Airport is not free, is 5 Euros per person, not bad, but is not free. Good thing they have lockers, which is very convenient, we left the luggage two days earlier, and went to Paris, and check-in without carrying the big luggages. Clean, breakfast was ok. "
