Staff were lovely, shout out the Rebekah who organised the event, she was amazing. The hotel room is spacious and has everything you need. The bed is so comfortable and makes it hard to leave. Will definitely stay again. "

"5 Night Stay close to family. Did the job, staff were excellent, my bed was a bit bouncy but wifes ok. Breakfast lovely could not fault. Bar reasonable priced and draft beer was good unlike some hotels we have stayed at. Little things that can make a difference to some people should be acted upon and not much to fix were: Needs new toilet roll holder and some paint to cover mould especially in bathroom. "Very good place to stop on a budget. A couple of minor niggles with internet, signal was poor as basement room, and wired network cable/socket broken (as a network engineer I was able to rectify this myself) customer service desk answered quickly to queries that I had. Large room with a desk and full size bathtub which was a welcome luxury after a busy week. Great location at the top of Reigate Hill."

"We had a delightful stay at the hotel! The stunning historical architecture truly adds to its charm, and the breakfast provided was both fresh and enjoyable. The room was a comfortable size for our family of four. However, we did notice a couple of minor issues: there were only two towels in the bathroom, and the water pressure in the shower was a bit low. Overall, we would highly recommend this clean and cozy place for anyone looking for a pleasant getaway."
