"Malo por dónde se lo mire, se nota que se quedó en el tiempo, las instalaciones son viejas descuidadas, muchas no funcionan, la cama y sábanas re viejas, el desayuno muy básico, no tienen ni un ventilador en el comedor, tremendo calor cuando se desayuna, lo rescatable es la ubicación que caminando se recorre. "Great hotel in a great location. However, there are a few weird things that Americans will find very unusual one is they do not accept Apple Pay (when even the street vendors in Brazil do). "This hotel is near food, stores and the beach. The bathroom is small but the rooms are a good size. The bed was not very comfortable. The staff was very helpful kind and friendly. The breakfast area is small and often very busy. "

"The property from the outside isn't as nice as it looks on the photos. The hotel is surrounded by empty buildings, who seem to be "waiting" to be destroyed for a new development. They present the nicer rooms on the pictures, but as we checked in, they tried to send us to a building across the road that looked abandoned. "Location is good, staff good, place is a little tired but this is the case for many hotels in area, no one speaks English, again not going to change so just be aware google translate, if não fala portugues. Uber has it confused with another hotel which is a problem, as taxi always goes to the other hotel, I may use again but was a little pricey in the area for what I received. "This hotel is a dump like no other. Having booked a superior room I was given a basic room in the basement with no window. Upon complaining, I was sent to a second room which was also basic and windowless. Finally, I got a "superior" room as in the published pictures but it was half-buried (see picture).
