"The motel was very helpful, as we were in town for medical appointments. They actually allowed us to check in early. My 2 year old grandson locked the bathroom door and came out, and the office staff couldn't unlock it, so they gave us a different room with 2 queen beds instead of one king. The bed I was on was terrible. But it was our fault we got locked out of the bathroom, so I didn't complain. Also, the main reason I chose this motel was because of the kiddie pool. "Comfortable and reasonable location. Very close to Mayo. All staff, especially restaurant servers, were very friendly and attentive. They are scheduled for a remodel in Nov. 2024, which is very needed. A little outdated."

"I came for a medical meeting at the Mayo Clinic. It was a clean, quiet, and convenient place to stay. Parking in the downtown area is a bit of a hassle but I was able to find a few choices for garage for my rental car within one block on my hotel. "
