We had a standard double and it could have been updated, but overall was clean and large with all facilities you would expect. Quite cold as wall heater not adequate for size of room. "A great place to stay for anywhere near to the m40 around junction 15. Stratford Upon Avon is only a 15 minute drive away and Bicester Shopping Village is around 40 mins drive away. The staff were all very friendly and very helpful. We had a minor problem trying to pay for the car parking, as it was a self service machine, which didn’t quite work like, how it was explained to us. but the Reception staff were keen to help us and got it sorted out. "The only thing i struggled with was the creaky floorboards outside and my room, and also what sounded like above me. Apart from that i felt like home from home almost. Very helpful and friendly staff helping me out from the moment i droppd my bags and case accidently when i arrived and the lady on reception came straight out to help me. A lovely stay and i will come back. "
