"For the quality of the hotel we felt very let down by the catering. Not good choices on the menu and the quality of the food was not up to standard. I did have to send my meal back. However the room was very comfortable and spacious. "

"Hotel is due a refurb we were told and it certainly needs it. On the outside fantastic looking building. Inside very grand but is unloved and unkept for a long time it seems. Very dirty, surface clean only, piles of dust by bed, windows large cobwebs, wallpaper looks as old as the house. Most staff very good."

"Fantastic place to stay. We had two suites for relatives who were visiting Cheltenham. Both suites were spotlessly clean and beautifully appointed. Milk and juice in the fridge was a really nice touch. Plenty of towels with robes and slippers too. The team I spoke to were all really helpful. Can thoroughly recommend this place. "
