"To be honest I was pretty impressed with the room, there was a double and a single bed, two sofas, some chairs, a desk and a good size TV that I could sign in on to watch iPlayer. What annoyed me more than anything was the woman on the front desk for check-in. She was clearly doing something when we arrived to check-in (which was late in the day but not outside the check-in hours) and instead of any sort of greeting she just stared at me, considering I had bags with me I was obviously there to...

"Great value for money --- I'd thought for that price it would be a dive, but absolutely not. Good parking and generally very nice place. My only complaint is that my room was a little too warm."

"Overall an excellent experience. That was my first time staying there. The security guy was excellent, can’t fault him. Just thought the actual member of staff, was a bit unfriendly. Otherwise, i actually recommend to friends and family."

"Stayed one night, reception staff were friendly and helpful. Room was generally fine and bed comfortable. However window (secondary glazing inside a very old window) meant all noise from street outside was easily heard and there was quite a bit. Also temperature control on radiator almost impossible to move. I'm not really complaining, just providing hopefully helpful feedback on a couple of things that would be relatively easy to improve"
