"Every member of staff we had contact with (reception, bar and breakfast) were so lovely and welcoming. My son who is 4 and has SEN needs finds it difficult in new places, and all the staff just allowed him to be a little boy with no judgement being passed, which as a SEN mother means so much, they all put me immediately at ease. The room was made up with a separate bed for my son too! The dinner we had was adjusted to suit his beige eating habits. There was nothing that was too much! "

We stayed in room 706 which was a Premium King room which was huge and had all the amenities you could ask for. Snacks & drinks (including beer and cider) in the room all included in the price. Will definitely return. Great value for money. "

"A lovely hotel full of character. Our room was clean, had a new bathroom and overlooked the beautiful garden too which was a bonus. Breakfast was a perfect spread of cooked food and continental. Staff were all very friendly. Location is perfect, right in the town centre and an added bonus of free parking! Loved my stay."
