Seamless checkin and welcoming reception staff. Parking was adjacent to the hotel and level 2 door from car parking led to the main reception. Room was clean and amenities top notch. Convenient for the City Centre, the station, the ring road and bus routes. Claims to be in Earlsdon, which I might question. It is certainly NOT in the nice part of Earlsdon.

Everything in Ramada suites is on point. The staff are very friendly and polite they are well trained for the services needed. On my next visit to Convetry I will stay again and again and again. Moreover, the breakfast just wow amazing

I thought the staff were excellent. My upgraded room was good but it was very cold as the heating system was not working. However, the staff were really efficient bringing me an extra quilt and heater. Its an old building so it must be a nightmare to manage. I would stay again should i ever come to Coventry again.

Room 801 heating didn't work, substitute plug in electric heater stopped working during night. 6 electricity sockets in room only 2 worked. Couldn't control shower temperature too hot or too cold. Met 2 junkies in the carpark stairwell when arriving at night. The hotel is in the same road as multiple fast food outlets expect loud music from cars and reving engines and shouting late into the evening. Read other recent reviews all complain of lack of heating in the rooms.
