"This is definitely not a four star hotel. It is like a red roof in you hear every sound through the windows and the walls. The rooms look rundown and depressing. The area is fairly desolate outside of having a train station in front of it."

If you want a good experience and able to walk about everywhere, this is a good hotel for that. No steps to get from front door to elevator. I'd stay here again when in Vienna. "

"Situated by the canal, 10 mins from ferry terminal and 15 mins drive from airport. Slightly outside of the central area but easily reached by Uber or walking. Hotel was clean and staff were really helpful. Hotel could do with some updating. Breakfast could have had more options but was very adequate for the cost. Met standards of 3 star. Tea and coffee and fridge in room would add value."

"The location is great-walk right into the city from the front door. Laundry is definitely a problem-the washer and dryer are 1 unit and the clothes do not get dry so you have to hang clothes all around your apartment to dry and so it takes awhile. Also, if you checkout at 11 there isn’t a place to safely keep bags if you have a later flight and want to spend time enjoying your last day"

"The hotel room was spacious and had many places to hold our travel bags and shopping bags. The bathroom was spotless and updated, but didn’t have a hook for the sprayer, which meant an awkward, sit-down shower in the tub. Great breakfast, great service. Was a little further away from the attractions than we were used to but all attractions were easy to get to by public transportation. Would definitely stay here again. "
