Ideally located just minutes from Kagran metro station, the property offered convenience, with a nearby Spar supermarket just downstairs—perfect for essentials, though it closed at 8pm. The room featured a modern design, complete with streaming facilities on the TV for convenient entertainment. The kitchen was well equipped with good functionality. Staff were generally helpful and gave advice on the upcoming bank holidays and store closures.

This hotel is very well located, very close to the metro and tram station, you can get downtown Vienna in less than 20 min. Also right across a huge shopping mall. There is a grocery store underneath the hotel. The hotel is quite new and the bed is very comfortable. I highly recommend it !

Awesome place to stay especially for lengthy stays. Staff was fantastic. Clean laundry facilities and nice gym. Super market and Asian restaurant right out the front door. Metro station and huge nice nice mall less than 5 minute walk. Not near any of major attractions but less than 13 minutes train ride to Karlsplatz. $10 airport bus option by the mall. Uber is almost $40.

If you happen to travel to Vienna to attend a meeting at the UN building this hotel is super convenient as it is located right in front the U bahn. It has all you need, free coffee at the lobby, nice gym, nice canteen and a nice kitchenette in the room. It is super good quality and super convenient

Stayed multiple nights. U1 subway takes to the heart of Vienna in 15min and the Kagran station is right in front of the hotel entrance. The hotel is excellent and we enjoyed very much. Vienna was hot (close to 30C), but the hotel A/C was working superb. The hotel has a functional kitchen and SPAR (grocery store) is located in the same building. We parked our car -2 level and it is the same parking garage that SPAR customers park. You will see a SPAR parking sign. We actually had to circle around the hotel area a couple of times before realizing it, but no issue if you are looking for it in the backside of hotel. As I wrote, the parking is actually located in the backside of the hotel. The front has no driving through streets as only bus and tram stations are situated. At -2 level of then parking garage, you will see Citadines spots for guests to park. To enter the garage, we simply press the call button and the gate opened automatically. The elevator works via a digital panel located outside each elevator gate; you need to press floors that you want to go first to call the elevator. Then once elevator arrives, it simply takes you to the floor you selected (there is no floor button located inside of the elevator). Our stay was excellent and we will stay here again in future.
