"Staff were very helpful at this hotel. Comfortable room, modern and lots of natural light. There is a rooftop bar and they offer breakfast, however we did not opt in for breakfast. Location is great, right next to metro service and a spar shop. Not quite in the centre so much quieter, but doesn’t take long to get to the centre by metro. Across the road there is a food hall and cinema. Would recommend! "

Big room and the best location close to resturants, stores and public transportation. The staff was kind and professional and we even received two free bottles of wine to bring in the New Year! "Great place to stay. English is widely spoken which is a plus. Hotel location very convenient to local buses and trams. Also very easy to walk to museums and cafes. The hotel restaurant had tasty food and staff was very accommodating. We had connecting rooms which worked well for us and our preteen/teen. Breakfast buffet had a wide variety of food. Balint at the restaurant was especially helpful and gracious. We plan on returning to Vienna and will certainly consider staying here again. "
