"Great stay."

"Our Go-To hotel when we go to San Juan. They have a casino, restaurant and a pool. I’m not really into the resort fee they charge as we don’t really care about gym and drinks that that fee include but it’s great that chairs and umbrellas are included in that price. Although, last time we stayed there, they didn’t have any available. Not sure if restaurant is owned by hotel, this last visit in February 2025 - it seemed like service is declining. "I would recommend this hotel, and would consider staying there again. Very nice facility. The breakfast every morning was better than expected. The only downfall was the food/drink service at the bar, especially in the pool area. "

"You have someone there named Francis Cordero in housekeeping. She was great. Very helpful about where to go and what to do. Great personality. She is a very hard worker and takes pride in her job. Adrian at the front desk was also very helpful. "

"I stayed here for a second visit to Puerto Rico. The condo has everything you need: even a washer and a dryer. I'ts beautifully decorated and the view from the balcony is wonderful ! The hosts, Davis and Alice make sure everything is going well for their guests. They're readily available and prompt in answering any questions you might have. The condo is within walking distance to restaurants, shopping and much more. Don't hesitate. Make a reservation. You'll be very glad that you did. "
