"Hotel, grounds and location were very good. Unfortunately the spa facilities were a let down. Pool are was cold and unsuitble for relaxing. Steam room was cool and sauna had draft coming in. Other residents hogging the hot tub and not vacating it during cleaning cycle."

The room was very comfortable and the cleanliness was of a very high standard throughout the hotel. They had a lovely evening meal as well as a nice breakfast. "Loved everything about the property. Staff were amazing , they were welcoming, warm, friendly and made every effort to make your stay a positive experience. The room we occupied was spacious and the bed was comfortable. There was plenty draw space to put your clothes into, but no hanging space. That said with the angles of the walls and the eaves of the room meant there was no place to actually fit a wardrobe for this purpose, so without major renovation to the room, this was beyond the hotels...
