"Beautiful grounds along the River Tay with woodland walks. Close to Dunkeld town. Spa facilities at the hotel are very good with a decent sized pool, Jacuzzi, steam room and gym available to guests. The breakfast is one of the best I've had at a hotel. Used both the bar and restaurant for evening meals. Service very good and food excellent. Room clean, tidy and comfortable. Looking forward to returning here. "

"A very historic hotel recently refurbished for tourist trade. Clean and spacious bedroom with large en-suite well supplied with handles and anti-slip mat. Very comfortable double bed and also single in room with plenty room to spare. Pretty side view over gardens towards River Tay and hills. Excellent friendly service at reception and breakfast and they were quite happy to let me use wi-fi in lounge area after technical check-out time.
