"Great location lovely hotel.However the room I was given had no opening windows and for me for a 9 night stay was unbearable! (I have to have fresh air when I sleep!)But thank you to the delightful Peter , the porter could see I wasn’t happy and without me even aware had sorted another room for me 😊. I was so grateful. He was so helpful and incredibly kind."

"One was left to their own devices. Coffee tea, etc was left at the door every day and anything else needed towels, toiletries just ring reception. Excellent ideas and should be adopted at other hotels. Complete privacy for the clients. Great stay will return. Perfect!"

"Stayed the night while visiting friends for a birthday party. Lovely service from friendly people (they even helped me wrap up a birthday present for me! Room was convienient and clean. Sadly no food service available at the weekends, however a lovely pub \ resturant next door. My only pain point was having to pay for parking which I beleive was £8, seemed a little cheaky to me."
