"The only issue I have with this place is that when I walked into my room the tv and a lamp were unplugged. In my opinion this means the room is not ready for occupancy and this seems to be a normal thing for them to unplug appliances as they clean."

"The elevator was painstakingly slow and there was no water pressure but everything else was good. Will stay here again!"

"This is a great little place. They roll out a breakfast spread worthy of a much more expensive hotel. The rooms are large and comfy. The downside is it is not as well located as it appears on the map. You can’t easily walk to the Metro train (there is a gated community in the way) and the Uber was shockingly expensive to the airport. Also, all of the restaurants within walking distance were Indian food, except for Wendy’s and McDonald’s. The location is a big drawback. "

"We have been staying at Home2 suites for medical care here in Dallas. We love the convenience to the hospital, the food places nearby and the outside courtyard area. The hotel is clean and the staff is excellent. "

"It is a middle of the road hotel in a market/medical district where we had to stay to go to my granddaughter's surgery the next day. The room was cute the pillows were insanely uncomfortable but I already know I should bring my own and I just forgot this time. The room seemed clean, the other areas of the place not so much. But, we didn't arrive till almost 9:00pm so giving a pass on that. The staff was very helpful and courteous and the free breakfast wasn't bad at all!! "

"The two at desk were so sweet and helpful at time of check in! They deserve recognition. The only problem was the bed was hard and uncomfortable. The food was not that appealing. "
