"The property was fine. It was the valeting parking. I was very disappointed at the way my daughter was treated and talked down at like she was a child. I understand this time of the year is stressful, but if you didn't want to come to work, call off or take the time off in advance. The way the guy acted, was very unnecessary. I would recommend staying somewhere where you are treated like a human being. "

"Room was good. Ac sometimes turned off by itself. We would have a little trouble turning it off/on to stay on. But after a little tinkering we got it. My only complaint, which is just a personal preference, the pillows were way too soft. Nothing the hotel can really do. Just forwarning to anyone who needs a more supportive pillow, bring your own."
