"Hotel was big, clean and had a nice view. Staff friendly and helpful. The downside noisy, limited sitting area at the lobby. The pool is nice, big but very noisy and lots of children. There is no space to swim. Food is good, coffee was very bad. Dinner time no drinks you will need to purchase water for 5 Euros a bottle. Overall great hotel for families with young children not for adults "

"The staff were lovely, and the hotel is in a very convenient location, with the Riva being an easy 10 minute walk. However, it's extremely difficult to find, as there is no name outside - luckily, I happened to recognise the metal gates from the listing photos. It's actually just off the square where the bus/taxi stops are, so it's easy once you know where to look. The rooms were very clean, and the shower was great, but there were no English TV channels - only Croatian. There were no tea/coffee...

"Great location in Split next to the Riva. It was convenient to get out and explore. The rooms were super clean, but you could tell it’s an older property. The bathroom doors did not close from the wood having swelled with moisture, and it was hard to open it to get inside. The bathroom smelled terribly and was very small. "

"The entire staff i dealt with made the stay the best ive ever had in a hotel.They made you feel welcome not just a number on the list. Restaurant was a 5 *Michelin as far as quality of food don't know if they have that title or not but they definitely should have if not. Would definitely stay agin if ever in the area again."
