"Great experience"

"I really enjoyed my 4 nights at the hotel. The room was spacious and mostly quiet and comfortable, and the staff was very helpful! Maria and Mara both were so kind and helpful when I lost my Apple Watch. They really went above and beyond, and I was very grateful for their kindness and help. The view from my room was really nice and I loved being able to sit out there and enjoy the amazing view from the privacy of my own patio. The options at dinner were amazing my first night and included sushi. I didn't enjoy them as much the other nights, but I did like the convenience of the dinner at the hotel after a long day of sailing and or tiring off the premises."

"The air conditioning system could not be turned off. It was unbearably cold. Someone came to fix it to no avail. Also, the safety box was not functional. Someone tried to explain it to me but apparently it only worked for him."
