"We had an amazing 10 night stay in this beautiful villa. It has everything that you need, the air conditioning worked great. We sat and had breakfast every morning on the terrace. The supermarket was a couple of minutes walk away and had everything that we needed. The bus top is at the end of the road that takes you into Cavtat and Dubrovnik. "We had a group of six and we thoroughly enjoyed our experience. The house was well equipped and even more beautiful than the photos. There are two delicious restaurants nearby and the host is very helpful with recommendations. We wish that we could have stayed longer! "

"When we booked this was rated as 4-star. Plenty of space, comfortable bed and nice friendly owners, but 4-star it isn't. We were also lead to believe that it was in walking distance of various restaurants but there was nothing - the nearby hotel had a beach bar/restaurant but that closed for the season during our stay (in September?). Views over a building site! The photos on the Villa's website include several that are actually of the mentioned hotel, not Villa Nico and it's own facilities."

"Place needs work with wholes in walls, needs a good cleaning, do not be fooled in the small print it says you have to pay extra for the master bedroom that is located in the annex however, in my booking it said included the annex and the manager asked for an extra $250 cash a night in order to open up the room. "The apartment was fabulous! The location was great for our daily adventures. As we were all 70+, the stairs were not desirable, but, the apartment, view and deck at the top made it worth it. Luggage, however, was a whole 'luther issue!"

"There was a group of young adults traveling for our post wedding trip (25-30 ages). When we first checked in they were very kind and generous. Baked us a sweet treat and shared some local wine.
