"It's a great hotel, beautiful building and excellent location. Breakfast is fantastic with many choices. All food is fresh and tasty. Pity, hot items are just about warm. I prefer them to be hotter. Coffee is just lukewarm, definitely not hot enough. When mix with milk, coffe is just cold. These are just minor things and easy to be adjusted. Staff service is not consistent. "Lovely hotel, had a really nice time. When I arrived I was given a twin room when I’d booked a double as the staff assumed I’d want to be next door to my family.
