"We came into town for a Browns game and were thrilled with this hotel. It’s really nice inside, the bed was comfy, and the staff were super friendly and responsive. Our TV remote stopped working and someone fixed the issue in minutes. The lounge area and bar were great. Best of all though is the location - it’s a ten minute walk to the stadium and to the downtown bars and restaurants. There was also a plaza across the street with bars and restaurants as well. "Property was clean, conveniently located by shopping plazas and in a safe neighborhood. Only concern was pool and hot-tub should be cleaned frequently."

"First the highs.. friendly staff, comfortable bed and pillows, linens and towels were clean and good quality, building seemed full but was quiet.. the lows, we were there 5 days visiting family. Our towels were changed out once and new toiletries added (given we didnt have any to start) our garbage was never emptied. Sooo service not so hot.the pool we specifically picked this hotel for was..closed. "
