"The property is one of its kind and rated well with my expectations. The location is prominent enough with plenty of food options within and close by (within 5 min drive). The hot springs were the best part and parking was super convenient. Food was decent however, lacks variety. Morning breakfast was not the best and could have been better on both variety and quantity. Specially during the lag 30 min before closing. Restaurant staff were not that friendly and lacked energy. "My favorite hotel on my first trip to Costa Rica! Staff was very helpful, welcoming and kind. It had a gorgeous view of Volcán Arenal! Cute deck common area with lots of lounging and games. I love how they have free breakfast and a recommendation of local food and adventure items. I would definitely stay there again! "
