"My family and my sister's family visited Hotel Magic Mountain for 3 days over Christmas. The amenities were good - clean and comfortable rooms though very dimly lit with poor hot water pressure. It rained a lot so we didn't take advantage of the outdoor pool much, but the hot tubs were a lot of fun. The sports bar above the restaurant has a fun outdoor seating area where we had dinner on Christmas Eve - service there was extremely slow - several other patrons were noticeably upset at the delay...

We stayed in the Chalet and had amazing views. Overall the property was great but highly recommend checking in during the day due to the 2km drive off the main road to the property. "
