"Excellent hotel to stay at, right across from Ayala Mall, convenient location. Staff are incredible, thanks to Julius, Franz, Anton, and Chell for being so awesome and friendly. They made my stay even better! Rooms are nice with ice cold AC, trust me you'll be thankful! "

"Check in unusal in that had to get lift to 9th floor, and lift card controlled, so need security staff to tap on first arrival. But went smoothly once got to reception. Less smooth was original room assigned, worst view in last 50 hotels stayed in in 5 years. At back of hotel overlooking air conditioning units and metal fire escape. Room did not have advertized safe, an essential for me, and only enough coffee making sachets for 1 cup although room booked for 2. Advised reception and showed...

"The staff were EXCELLENT!!! There is a very bad sewage smell in the afternoons especially. The room needed painting and the sheets needed replacing. It was quiet and the location is good. No hot water and very limited cable."

"Great stay as always. Room was very clean and the housekeeping staff does an amazing job. I recommend Abaca Baking for some great eats.. right around the corner. If you can, book a room on the front side of the building and you won't hear the dogs and roosters. Oh and Princess is a Princess"

"Love that there’s hot water right away, but bathroom could be a little better, sink needs update, not sure where the funky smell is coming from, bed is comfortable. somehow TV needs a maintenance person to turn it on, otherwise, no big deal. Love the ambiance of the lobby and the restaurant. Food menu could be better; overall, I had a great stay, thank you to the staff for being wonderful!"

"A nice inexpensive olderproperty centrally located to Mango Square an Ayala Mall. You do have to pay extra to use the gym that Expedia i.plies is free. You also have to surrender your key to the front desk with each exit and than wait in an always bust line to retrieve your key upon return."
