"I had a great stay at Quest Hotel and Conference Center in Cebu. The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. They consistently went out of their way to assist even without being asked. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free, which made the experience even better. One of the biggest perks is the location.
