"Pros: Location (few minute walk to dining and shopping. The rooms are clean. Beds are comfortable Cons: Bit noisy from the streets. No complimentary slippers. Rooms are on the small side. Shower design is bad (water gets all over the floor by the sink). No concierge service (couldn't even get change to break a latger bill) Other: Lobby is on the 3rd floor. No bottled water in the room but have water stations on each floor to fill pitcher (provided) or personal water bottles"

I have to be honest that the building has visible damage, which is unfortunate since it was built recently. I think it may be faulty construction rather than maintenance issue.
