"The staff is amazing. The resort is super clean and very well kept. The rooms are a little dated but not terrible because you rarely are in there anyways. The food was fine. Im a picky eater so its tough. But i always managed to find something. But the staff really makes this place what it is. RAMON and PEDRO are amazing in the dining areas. FRANCESCO at the pool bar is the best!!! And Jose on the RiuFun team was amazing! They truly made the trip what it was and makes us want to go back!"

"Park Royal is a nice upscale hotel set on a spectacular location overlooking the Pacific Ocean. The main attraction for me was the ocean view and the ocean air. That didn't work. I was surprised that the room windows were dirty and that you could not open the windows to let air in. What's the point of an ocean view in that case?
