"This is a large property that offered many amenities. It is showing is it's age, and only one of the four elevators was working regularly during my visit. The housekeeping staff is to be applauded. I wish when they refreshed the rooms they would leave extra Kleenex/toilet paper. It was easy to get it at the front desk, but kind of an annoyance when the elevators weren't working. "Great stay in downtown Cleveland. Close to Public Square. Very clean, spacious rooms. Free cocktails and dinner the night we stayed. Breakfast included which was pretty good and nice variety. "

"Grab and go breakfast meals not available the day I wanted and the water provided in the lobby was municipal, not very good."
