"I found the value for the cost of this property to be very reasonable, the service and staff were exceptional and the quality of drinks were on par with what I paid. The breakfast buffet was adequate, tho it does have budget vibes - alcohol is not available unless you have a timeshare and luxuries like bacon have to be ordered from the servers. Lunch is great, exceptional pizza and sushi in addition to the usual burgers etc. Dinner is a bit more of a challenge - hard to get resos, lukewarm food...

"People who work here are great. Area was awesome and beach amazing. Only thing for me was I was put in a room above the tennis court so was very noisy at times. Otherwise patio was great could hear the waves crashing. Would stay again and bring my family."

"Hotel is older but they seem to be working to update it. Shower drain didn't keep up so end of your shower had standing water. Every single hotel staff member that we encountered were extremely friendly and helpful. The location is amazing! We had a marina view with a balcony. I would definitely recommend that over a city view room. The breakfast buffet had wonderful food and had different offerings from day to day. This was our second time at this hotel and i would definitely stay again. "

"For price and location this place can't be beat. Our room was spacious and relatively clean. They supply you with 2 snall bottles of water per day. The pool area is nice but shaded most of the day. The pool water is super warm which is rare in mexico. Their happy hour was a bust as they were missing drink ingredients most days. Easy access to the beach where we spotted whales and rays. Overall I would recommend. "

"This hotel was comfortable and just the right size. The beach, though, was not really walkable -- very high, sloped dune that was difficult to walk on. That could just be the time of the year. We saw whales from our balcony, though, so that made up for it. Also the perfect place to watch the sunset."

"Typical trying to sell you vacation club stuff that all the places do in Mexico. The bar food and lunch options were good. Dinner options were ok but not great. Staff was friendly and helpful. The vendors are a little annoying at the beach area but they are trying to make a living so it is what it is. The property is nice but getting a little dated. Villa Darco next door has much nicer pool and more dinner options. Overall good experience and good people there."
