"My hotel room and the rooftop infinity pool were both lovely, amongst the best I've ever encountered. The lobby shop is helpful for last-minute snacks. However, the concierge staff were clearly bored and it showed in their lack of customer service. They don't warn you in advance that they charge to store your bags. Also, the elevators are in such high demand that they have to post signs warning you that trying to access them between certain hours could result in a half-hour wait."

Loved this hotel. Only small problem the AC wasn’t as strong as it should be. But overall it was a good stay. "

"One day stopover for business order. It was a good transit and hotelable location amidst f&b amenities certainly not short. The central market is just next door flooded with foods galore and souvenirs delights. The Lrt station just 5mins away. All in all a good stay. I will be back. "

Was slightly disapointed I wasnt offered a room upgrade after a check in problem took over half an hour to resolve and the hotel was very empty. No bath robe in the room was also disapointin, but the friendly staff and the condition of the hotel still merit 5 stars. "

"Great stayed , Great location to access public transport within walking distance to LRT, MRT and Rapid KL buses. Near to main tourist attractions. The set back was Superior room ,and bathroom a little small, and the floor carpet with oily stains and little smelly. The breakfast was average with little choices,but enough to fill up stomach. Worth the price for the stayed."

"Used this place as a base for my last night in kl. Great location and excellent extended check out time (2pm) with only 10rm charge until 5pm. Great for late night flights. Excellent location basically next door to new Lucentia residences and new lala shopping centre that leads straight to hang tua monorail"
