"We typically stay here when we have a very early flight out of Bradley International Airport. We can return the car the night before the flight and get a few hours sleep before we need to be at the terminal. Since the hotel is connected to the airport, we check out and its a quick walk to TSA Pre-check security. Makes for a much less stressful morning than staying somewhere else. You pay for the convenience but for us its well worth it."

"Nice property. Unfortunately we were placed close to the elevator so there was a lot of noise. Clean rooms, I always appreciate hardwood floors rather than carpeting. My only major complaint was the bathroom. Requires some renovations, the shower just wouldn’t work properly as the finishings are very old. Breakfast was ok. "

"I loved that this was an easy walk to all the shopping and restaurants in Northampton. Having ample parking was also great. We were just a short drive to Amherst and Springfield as well which was convenient. This hotel was a great location. The staff was friendly and everything was clean. I enjoyed the healthy options for breakfast and the coffee was good. "

"The only small issue was our car didn’t fit in the garage so we had to park down the street in a public lot. I wasn’t sure how safe the area was. I arrived with my son who was very sick and the manager Shaka let us check in few minutes early. He helped us use the restroom, get our luggage, and gave us plenty of water. As another parent of 4 he totally understood and went above expectations to help us get settled. Truly appreciate it! "
