"Vety run down, filthy inside, my room had roaches, holes in the walls. Stains everywhere, no microwave in the room the air-conditioning was missing knobs couldn't be adjusted the bathroom fan didn't work ait smell in the hallway and rooms. "

"The hotel was hard to find from the street. Tiny sign that's easy to miss. The room was very clean. Beds and pillows average. Great coffee and breakfast."

It was perfect for our visit to the area for Smith College's parent weekend (I waited too long to make lodging reservations and couldn't get anything closer to Northampton). There was minimal storage for clothing (i.e., no dresser) but that wasn't an issue for just a weekend trip. I would definitely stay here again."
