"I did not like the way the pillows smelled. Like they were not clean. We ask them to replace them but they smelled bad too. The outline of the room is a little odd. When you go the bathroom, you need to turn on the lights for the whole room. Service staff is very nice. Breakfast is average. Besides the pillows, everything is clean and well maintained. Location is good, many shopping and dining options around."

"Good place to stay if you are going to be out of the property. Just one inconvenience whit the forts room that hasn’t no internet but the staff immediately change my room, and all work perfect. "

"This property looks antique with traditional design and Caribbean style paintings, overall we had a decent stay, no major complaints, dining options are limited although there is a restaurant besides the hotel and Chinese restaurant opposite to the hotel but they both do not accept Amex card so if you have master and Visa card then you are fine. Overall I do recommend the hotel. "
