"Very beautiful and welcoming. Staff is very attentive and working hard to address any issues or concerns. I didn’t venture off facilities, but there are places you can travel to that is not far away. My only issue was that the when I used the public hot tub it was a bit dirty from the nature that fell into it and it was warm at best. Not really hot. Everything I’d enjoyed and would recommend doing tour and the spa after. "

"Our family of 5 had a great stay! Staff was very friendly, breakfast included was delicious and fresh, and the location and setting is stunning! The hot-spring pool is open 24 hours and the property has multiple pools, a sauna and a beautiful hike through the gorgeous grounds with a waterfall. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. "

"Before everything I want to be clear that the property manager that lives on site-Adilia, is so nice and wonderful! With that being said, this property was equal parts fantastic & a nightmare. We stayed for 5 nights, & split it between 12 people. 3 of us checked in with the rest of our party coming in later at night. We were greeted by Adilia who showed us the whole property.
