"This hotel was such good value The room was clean and spacious. There were plenty of clean, white, fluffy towels and miniature toiletries. The reception contacted us to check arrival time and to see if we needed anything. The staff were so welcoming, nothing was too much trouble. Will definitely stay again next time we're in Plymouth."

"I had to ask for coffee capsules, milk, shampoo and bathmat as forgotten to leave any in room. Only one glass given for water in a double room. Furniture quite battered looking and in need of some TLC. Long mirror on wall, but in the darkest corner of the room where there was no light. Coffee machine's water holder had no lid and a broken base and does not work very well so could do with a replacement. Sink fills up with water with no plug in when washing hands. All in all a lovely spacious room...

"Stayed here for one night and the room was exactly what was required. Single bed was relatively comfortable and all the required amenities were either already in the room or available upon request. Really enjoyed the pool and sauna/steam room facilities, especially considering the value of the room. The hotel is in a very convenient location just a short walk away from the high street and train station. "
