"Loved our small water view out the bedroom window. Property was clean and well maintained. It was very quiet during our stay— I’m not sure how many others were also staying when we were there, but if there were people around we didn’t know! Loved the city of Plymouth, we were a short walk from some of the main hubs of town, and felt the neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. "We were put in a basement room with a view of back yard with dirty doors etc. .no hair dryer or Iron. Luckily we asked for one at reception but had to walk 100 yrds to do that. .door didn't close properly so could hear all noise. Toilet flush from next rooms was very loud. Also terrible creaking floorboards from rooms above. Parking was limited on street and was pay and display which was expensive for 24 hours. We were not far from beach so that was a bonus. Only stayed one night fr an occasion...
