"If you’re looking for a unique experience with kids, this place is highly recommended! The architecture and decor are one-of-a-kind. The rooms are spacious, though the bathroom was a bit small. The town of Urubamba is just a 10-minute taxi ride away, costing only $5-$10—very affordable. Overall, it’s a great and unique stop on your way to Machu Picchu!"

"Above and beyond! The service staff is very knowledgeable and attentive. The property is gorgeous. The location is in the middle of every downtown Cusco. Plaza de Armas few minutes away. "This is the best hotel ever! The staff is impeccable and we felt really well taken care of. They remember what you did the day before, ask you how it was, and the concierge service is amazing. If you need transportation you must hire Authoro, he drove us to different historical sites, different little quaint towns, and made our trip something we will never forget. If you are in Cusco, you MUST stay at this hotel for a trip of a lifetime! "

"Everything was fine from check in to check out. We were upgraded to a bigger room on the first floor and were very pleased. Room service was timely and good. All the staff were exemplary. Breakfast was very good and a great selection. Bar tender was professional and mixed great concoctions."

"The hotel itself is lovely and just what you expect from a Hilton property. The location is not convenient though, on a map it looks close to the main square but it's up a very steep hill. We only stayed one night in between stops and I'm so glad we didn't stay more. It's about a 20 minute walk down the steep hill to the main square and a taxi ride (10-15 soles) back up the hotel. There are no food options around the hotel so you do have to go down. Uber is an option in Cusco as well. "
