"We had a family vacation at Viaggio Medellin back in October 2024 and all the staff were very polite, attentive in every way but the one that went above and beyond was the guest member from the bar, Alonso. He gave us a lot of tips and recommendations of places to visit, eat and drink around Antioquia, Medellin, he was very attentive to us the whole time we stated at the hotel and even recommended us some tours. We are very greatful to know him and because of him we had the most wonderful time...

"Property and staff were very nice. The hotel is relatively new. It is centrally located on walking distance from Parque Lleras. Although we were very near the night life we didn't hear the music from the night clubs while sleeping. I must add that the room was on the 6th floor tho. Breakfast was good and rooms were clean as well. The ladies from housekeeping were always ready to help and even asked if we needed any cleaning or fresh towels. I definitely recommend the property! "
