"This property is perfectly placed for sites and restaurants in Ortigia and close to the bridge to the main town of Syracuse. The manager is helpful and communicative. The apartment was spacious and comfortable. "

"Do not, I repeat, do not pay the city tax in cash to Barbara. She is at the front desk and when we arrived she asked for us to pay right away the city tax (6 euros) in cash only. When we checked out there was no register of this transaction. The lady at the front desk called her and she denied to have received it. I sincerely hope the owner of this hotel read this and pay more attention to Barbara’s behavior towards their customers. The hotel is very noisy at night. We heard some other clients...

"The hotel is located in the countryside so is a bit remote. There are buses but having a car is better. We visited out of high season and had the pool to ourselves every day. We loved that."
