Nicuzza is the ideal place to rediscover yourself and relax in an environment of exquisite nature and tranquility; situated at the top of a hill whose view embraces the Gulf of Cavan and the whole southern part of Sicily, the villa enjoys pleasant sea breezes and a silence interrupted only by the sound of nature.

The villa consists of two comfortable bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with all comforts and a splendid winter veranda with living area and dining room, also with a splendid view of the Sicilian coast. A few steps away is the swimming pool, with salt, with infinity edge and its solarium and the BBQ area.

Beautifully located, cute hideaway
Really enjoyed this house with a breathtaking terrace and poolside view. Housekeeper Valerio and the team were extremely helpful. House is small though and there are no proper doors between the master bedroom/kitchenette/bathroom. Second bedroom is separate next door. So needs to work for the group travelling. Otherwise all brandnew equipment (including aircon, dishwasher, stove, bbq) and lovely garden setting. 10min drive to Noto / Avola is very convenient. Can absolutely recommend!

Vue Magnifique
Magnifique vue sur la mer, les champs d’oliviers et amandiers dans un endroit serein parfait pour se reposer. Très bel accueil, et conseils pour visiter la région. La maison est confortable et très sympa avec sa décoration sycillienne … Une très belle piscine, dans laquelle mon mari a fait ses longueurs tous matins. Vraiment un endroit à recommander !!
