"Hotel Tannenhof exceeded our expectations! This boutique gem is centrally located, making it easy to explore everything Zermatt has to offer. John at the front desk was fantastic—offering great tips, guidance, and even booking dinner for us. We stayed in Room 37, a spacious family-style room with a patio at the top—highly recommend! Best hotel of our trip so far, and we’ll definitely be back!"

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the adonis Hotel. We were upgraded to what we thought was the best room in the hotel as it had a balcony and a view of the Matterhorn. You need to be in good health though as there are no cars allowed and the streets are quite hilly. But the cable car access to the mountains was quite close and made for an amazing and unforgettable experience.the breakfast was quite plain but sufficient and the staff were extremely helpful."

"The Basecamp is great. You can walk to the ski bus in about 10 minutes. We stayed 3 nights and they picked us up from the train and took us back via their shuttle which made coming and going easy. The room was extremely dry and very warm. The beds were okay. We were 4 adults in a four person room. The top bunks are very hard to get in and out of and the ladder a little tough. Would be great for small children but difficult for adults. The staff was really nice, especially the lady who checked us...
