"What a GEM of a hotel! Even better than the pictures. The grounds are so beautiful with lots of flowering plants. We saw a Toucan and 3 Sloths! The Staff was very helpful with spotting the Sloths plus Coffee tour and restaurant recommendations. Breakfast was fantastic! We only had two nights here but wished we had a longer stay. Incredible value. My favorite part was sitting outside the room with my binoculars looking at a large Sloth that stayed in the same spot our whole stay! Also nice to be able to walk everywhere. Highlight of our Costa Rica adventure. "

"Wonderful place, up close to volcano, beautiful grounds, flowers and birds everywhere. Pictures don't do it justice. Staff all extremely helpful, we had a flat tire the last day of our trip and had a flight to catch - one staff member took us to an air pump on site, but then we discovered the nail in the tire, so another staff member helped us put on the spare and we managed to make our flight! So very grateful! Food delicious at the restaurant as well. Hope to come back here some day."

"We really liked the small B&B room we reserved. Space for 4 people, very clean and nice inside. It is located wirhin walking diatance to the downtown Monteverde area. It was actually a bit cool at night and so we started a small fire in the heater and it was great."

"This was in between a hostel and a high end resort which was exactly what I wanted. Gated and staffed 24/7 with great connection to local food and tours. Room overlooked Arenal and got great pics from my balcony. "

"The property itself was great 👍 The roads getting to it bad no place to walk to and you can hear the freeway when outside by the beautiful pool. Staff were very helpful and friendly! Breakfast was delicious 😋"
