"BAUMA was an excellent stay. The check-in was smooth and we were in easy contact with the virtual concierge in addition to the staff at the property. While there was an option for us to leave our bags with the on-site laundry room and staff before our check-in, the room was actually available earlier and we got to check in after confirming with the virtual team easily. The loft had thoughtful design and the hot tub was pre-heated upon arrival. The views from the balcony of the Arenal volcano...
