"The location was "ok" for a few days, but not great if you want to be closer to Chiba's more busier areas. There's a Lawson and Donki nearby, but really not much else. The ramen shop across the hotel was good, and if you walk past that, there is a small supermarket ! The room could have been cleaner, but I wouldn't call it "dirty" ... Staff interaction is very minimal, but when I did interact, they were all very friendly and helpful. The onsen and sauna were great! Give it a try. Just make sure...

"Only stayed for 12 hours due to next day flight, however the hotel is clean and good. Few restaurant and supermarket nearby . Love the shuttle bus system, except wish the shuttle bus stop at all Terminals coz I have to take the bus from Terminal 2 to Terminal 1 to get on hotel shuttle. They also provide free drinks and bread roll which is handy as we have to leave hotel at 6am. "
